Tidal Creek Physical Therapy

These guys and gals are excellent! They are not staring at the computer the whole time. They are working with you and they understand that all body parts are connected. Often times you go in for one thing, but you’ll let them know that something else is hurting and they understand the connection and help repair that as well! I spent a lot of time there in the last year with various problems, and there were times that they helped me so much, I was on the verge of tears, as healing is a mental game as well! They knew that and gave me the encouragement that I needed to get through. I am so grateful for Trey and Jeremy and Seth, and Jenny and Karen and the whole gang! Excellent physical therapist! Very caring, knowledgeable, up to date on the latest therapies, and KIND! Each and everyone of them are very involved with your healing! I could not recommend them more!

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I came in with walking and pain issues due to an old broken toe. They did a through diagnostic session and gave me home exercises. Also, I had in person sessions a couple of times a week for 3 weeks. Tyler, Seth, Jeremy, & Savannah were all wonderful. They checked my progress at each visit and asked detailed questions to make sure I was progressing safely. I really appreciate y’all’s help & skill at getting me back to enjoying long walks and hiking again.

I decided to give these guys a try because of the experience my wife had with them. I damaged both ankles and a tendon a couple of years ago. I did PT elsewhere for one ankle then the other and a tendon started acting up. Tidal Creek meant I would not have to go into Beaufort so that was a big plus. The biggest plus is these folks are good. The treatments are showing signs of success and I got the added bonus of getting my vertigo issue addressed. This is something that I have found little relief from for several years. While both the ankle and vertigo are works in progress I am very satisfied with the results so far.
